    Re: Zeiss Conquest: Dial Calibration and Power Settin There is a sticky about this. In short you have to measure your adj. at 100yd then use the actual(measured)change when dialing. The recticle is correct when on highest power. Hope this helps.

    Re: .223 and .308 powder I think a compromise powder is just that. If you can find someone to load single stage(if you don't have one) try it. Can you shoot the difference? If not wait on the press change until you can. Try different powders for each cal. with money saved/not spent on press...

    Re: Best weight bullet for 1-8 twist on 18" barrel 223 A great rilfe shoots everything well, good rifle shots somethings well, a mediocre rilfe shoots one thing(LOAD),and a bad rilfe shoots nothing well. At 100yds I think flat base vs. bt is more of a consideration.
