    Re: precision rifles... show em Mike Hull: Belive it or not, that material is called wood and was in fact used by the early greeks, not for gun stocks though. (If I only could find a decent composite aftermatket stock for it...)

    Re: precision rifles... show em No SWS but it holds its own. It´s a Tikka M55 in .243 Win. The inbedded target pic is of the first group I shot with 70 gr SMK.

    Re: precision rifles... show em I finaly got my rifle back from the smith to day. He has bedded the new stock (had a Choate USS earlier) and changed my Farrell base to a Badger. He also lapped the IOR rings.
