    Re: M1A SCOPE MOUNTS I had a brookfield precision mount back 10 years ago. I still don't see whats the big deal with them other than the US Property marking? From the looks of them, I like the Sadlak. When I get stateside, I'm buying the airborne models for my M1A's.

    Re: M1A scope mounting Are you talking about the roll pin that secures the stripper clip guide? If so, all you have to do is get the appropriate sized punch and small drifting hammer and tap it out.

    Re: cz550 If you don't have a lot of experience in match shooting I would try the rifle as it is, first. 1000 rounds thru a 308 is nothing. Get your feet wet by shooting a match, and see if you think the gun is holding you back, or your doping skills. Meybe then think about a barrel.

    Re: President's One Hundred tab 99.99 % of the personell in the US Army never even heard of the National Matches, much less a "Presidents 100" match. I never saw the tab or heard of it until I started shooting HP in 94.
