    As far as ARs are concerned, if you instal the barrel, delta ring assembly, handguard, and parts kits in the upper and lower I would consider that "building." If you are attaching a upper to lower, NOT building.

    Chances are the .338 Lapua won't fit in your hand primer. It didn't in mine(Lee). I ended up getting a rcbs automatic priming system for around $90.

    Primer pocket crimp removal tool input

    I use the Dillon super swager. I like it because you can barely remove the crimp and have a very snug primer pocket that will hold up for a while.

    Rifle Scopes 45deg offset mini red dot for SR-25.

    I've used a Aimpoint Micro H-1 in the past and liked it a lot. I had it zero'd at 25yds and killed a few coyotes with it. Very fast. I've since switched to offset iron sights because I used the Aimpoint on another rifle.
