    Alexander Arms .17HMR

Re: Alexander Arms .17HMR They also require a "break-in" period(~100 rnds), and you need a standard hammer and hammer spring. I had a 2-stage trigger in the lower at first and rounds didn't feed right. AA put out a notice about this. I switched trigger and spring now my current problem. I...

    Who still makes 17HM2 rifles

Re: Who still makes 17HM2 rifles A few years ago I tried to get my bro to sell me his sako finnfire to convert to hm2 with lilja barrel. That was a no-go, so i got a pac-nor blank and converted my kimber 82c If I was doing the ultimate 17hm2 today I think I would get the CZ 455 precision...

    .17HMR or .22 mag?

Re: .17HMR or .22 mag? I converted a 77/22 mag to 17hmr with a Lilja drop-in varmint barrel and McMillan stock. It is a tack driver, performs well on prairie dogs out to 200 with well placed shots.

    Ruger77/22-...who here has one

Re: Ruger77/22-...who here has one I would save up for the mcmillan RMV and skip the volquartsen I had one before and did not like the "feel" of it especially in the grip area. Not easy to drop that many $ on a rimfire but for me worth it.

Most accurate .22 pistol for under 1k

Re: Most accurate .22 pistol for under 1k I also like the S&W model 41, even better with a Clark barrel.

    Ruger77/22-...who here has one

Re: Ruger77/22-...who here has one You can get the magnum rimfire varmint stock as a drop in for the 77/22 (listed under hunting stocks) from McMillan. Its more of a varmint style than a tactical stock, but I like mine.

M&P 15-22 having FTF issues / light strikes

Re: M&P 15-22 having FTF issues / light strikes I've heard that some get shipped with the barrel nut "loose" and tightening them gets them shooting ok.

M&P 15-22 having FTF issues / light strikes

Re: M&P 15-22 having FTF issues / light strikes I have never had a FTF with my m&p 15-22. I've fired over 1000rds threw it of various brands. I've had jams but not FTF. I don't clean it often either. Some cheaper ammo will tend to have "duds" Try those rds in another rifle. It is...

Re: River 10/22? There are aftermarket extractors for the 10/22 that are more aggressive, and might solve your pronlem.

    Alexander Arms .17HMR

Re: Alexander Arms .17HMR FALex, I have had one of these uppers for over a year. Took it to SD to try on p-dogs last June. I've had some problems with jams and right now it won't extract the first fired round out of a mag. After clearing by hand works good for the rest. I've e-mailed AA...
