    Your altitude and temperature variations will effect more than a mild velocity increase. I'd shoot your rifle and concentrate on good cold bore data.

    I've loaded 2 dummy rounds with 139 scenar at. 2.830 with very ligh neck tension and they came out 2.824 and 2.822 so my I've been loading 2.820. If I take all my once fire copper creek brass that I've resized then expand the necks on a mandral and retrim down to the shoulder neck junction...

    Could be but they are still .294-295 under the .296 reamer so it should fit with .002-.001 clearance. And the first firing I didn't have a neck issue. It very well may be a neck thickness issue. I don't have the equipment to turn them though and it's not in the near term budget

    My fired cases were .292-.294 after firing. Most of them I could push a bullet atleast 1/2 way down the neck ( didn't attempt further) with resistance but not excess. About like a thumbtack in drywall
