    Sorry, I cant comment, my gunsmith removed the factory barrel and I am nit sure what type of wrench or vise he used.

    Thanks reubenski. I do my Tikka with a barrel vise and torque wrench, but I like the sounds of how you do it, much faster and less tooling. I have had great luck with doing this with the Tikka, I have bought take off factory Tikka .223 barrels for training purposes and they have headspaced...
