    Bore Snake Technique/Cleaning

This is the same thing I do. I also run a couple patches first to get the big stuff out before I run the snake. for anyone looking to get a boresnake the .22 cal boresnakes are perfect. But if you want any larger caliber snakes get the next size above your caliber. Or it won't work for shi...

    Which .22 Semi Handgun?

I have tried polishing and using a ton of lube on the slide and she still can't get it. Shes pretty tough too. I think it has more to do with there is nothing to really grab on the slide so you have to pinch it and pull it back. If you rigged something up that would give her a better grip she...

    Who here has given up....

White OAK Armament 26" Upper with 1:8 twist is what I used. Best 3 shot group was 1" @ 500yrd with 80gr A-MAX.

    Who here has given up....

I started long range with a .223. ALOT cheaper to learn with .223 then any other caliber. And when you get decent at shooting an 80gr .224 bullet @ 1k the bigger calibers are that much easier. :)

6.5CM if you are not reloading. Since it has great cheap factory ammo. Savage makes a great 6.5 CM out of the box too. Savage Arms If you are reloading and want something much more effective at both hunting and long range look into the 7SAUM.

    F T/R Competition 1000 Yard Power Setting

with the SWFA 5-20 I am lucky if I can get to 12 until the mirage is so bad. In the winter time shooting in the snow I keep it between 16-20 depending on how much of the target is being covered by the cross hair.

    Which .22 Semi Handgun?

I have been shooting a buckmark for a few years now and they are very accurate. The bad is: Your wife wont be able to cock it. After about 100 shots or so they have FTF and FTE issues. The only after market you can do to them is a hagus flip of the trigger spring, and a tac-sol barrel.

Loading up some .284 for the first time and I don't have my OAL gauge yet. So to get an idea of OAL I loaded a bullet long and turned the Redding Micrometer comp die one notch each time and checked it until I could close the bolt. This is my first time reloading .284 and the OAL seems a bit...

    Keeping the reticle on target

I found that dry firing at home helped me out a ton. Setup on the floor of your house and focus on something in the back yard or up on the hill side, and practice your breathing and dry firing.
