    Rifle Scopes Anyone use B&H Photo to order an expensive scope?

    Few years back ordered a Vortex Viper PST from them. No issues.

    ARC Mags

    I haven't shot any live rounds yet, but dummy rounds cycle very well. I have a TL3 sitting in a MPA chassis. I ordered mine directly from ARC and had them in a couple of days.

    ++Bighorn TL3 Builds++

    Yes, I have the AW cut. I didn't get a chance to try any other AW mags, but it does it with both of the AW's I have. I ended up borrowing an AICS mag from another shooter and the gun ran great after that. One of the shooters in my squad is a gunsmith and I asked him if there was a fix for the...

    ++Bighorn TL3 Builds++

    I was experiencing very rough feeding where I almost had to pound the bolt to get the first couple of cartridges chambered. On other occasions once the cartridge was stripped from the mag, it seemed to slip under the bolt. The bolt then jams into the case pinning it against the feed ramp. This...

    ++Bighorn TL3 Builds++

    Here's my TL3 in a MPA chassis. Love the rifle, but I'm having issues running AW mags. Really kicked my butt at my first match I shot this past week. I can suck pretty good all on my own without the added help. Does anyone else have issues with the AW mags? Is there a fix or should I look at...

    Got my ARC magazines order complete notification tonight

    Does anyone have first hand experience with these yet? I went to my first real match and had lots of issues with my AW mags (TL3 in a MPA).

    Tent recommendations

    I have a Big Agnes Copper Creek UL1. Packs small and is light. Haven't been out in anything extreme, but it's served me well. It kept me dry when it rained everyday for a week. They do make a 2 person as well.

    Training Courses A girl looking for a long range course to take

    Not sure what part of the world you're in, but I've been to both a DMR class (better suited to your rifle) and precision rifle class at The Site in northern Illinois. While they covered the same topics, I was happy with both classes. I thought the accomodations were great also.

    Newbie Annealing Question

    Well, I took the die apart and cleaned it will a little Kroil and a Q-tip. There was a good bunch of black material that I'm assuming is the dry lube that I use. I resized a few more with no issue so I'm hoping that has cured the problem. Thanks everyone for your comments.

    Newbie Annealing Question

    This is 6.5/284 Norma brass. I'm using a Redding FL sizing die with Imperial wax on the body and graphite on the neck. It's interesting as it only seemed to do it on the first couple. As I mentioned, i haven't gone through the whole batch yet. I'll take a closer look at the die and clean it if...

    Newbie Annealing Question

    So after reading a bunch about annealing brass, I jumped in. I used a deep socket on my cordless drill and Tempilaq 750. I painted the inside of the case necks and applied the torch to the neck/shoulder while slowly turning until the Tempilaq turned dark - usually 6-7 seconds. I then dumped them...

    Another hello from WI

    Hi, all I've been mostly a handgun guy, but recently been bitten by the long range bug - hard. I've been lurking for a while and this is an awesome site. I've learned a bunch already - like what stocdoc can do. Based on the recommendations on this site, I already have a stock on its way to...
