Gunsmithing .338 Hush in AR-10
I have a reamer and have a couple barrels, does anyone have any thoughts on port diameter and length of gas system? Looking to be able to shoot the 300 SMK at subsonic as well as the 180 BST supersonic using the same system. I need to run it all through Quikload and look at the pressure curve...- SoTex

It generally will lead to more extractor wear, obviously, due to the interface going from hardened steel/brass to hardened steel/steel.
