    loaded round chambering issue

    Check length of resized brass. I had this issue with some rounds of .30-06 for a hunting rifle and found the brass needed to be shortened to minimum trim specifications.

    I would install a 20 moa canted base.

    .308 neck bushing sizes.... and brands....

    For .308 Win. I normally run fired brass through a .339 bushing and deprime. Then if it's Lapua brass it goes through a .335 or if it's Winchester or similar thin brass it goes through a .334. Redding recommends not sizing more than .005 at a time.

    You can't go wrong with Impact Precision actions. When bolted into an MPA chassis they feed perfectly, and they extract and eject into a nice tight pile on the ground. I also like the integral recoil lug and top rail.

    Barrel Vise recommendations

    Brownell's vice...heavy duty, and you'll never be sorry. I use the 1.250 inch bushing, but other sizes are available. I mounted mine on a 3/4 inch plywood piece, and I clamp it to the bench when I need to use it.
