Nice spot!!! and nice stick!! How far out does that range go?
Re: My fix for the KRG cheek rest.
Thanks!
It was the only color option we had for a trial run. I will have a few more made by next week to go on it, nice for the heat as it can slip right off and put another on if it gets wet. Then right in the washing machine.
My one problem with the Whiskey would be the hard plastic cheek rest. I had this made up last week, its made out of a fabric with a 1/8 of foam behind it. It really helps me! I will have some more made up for me in some other colors. Enjoy!!
Re: Stock options + dbm or go with XLR, / advice?
I really like the KRG Whiskey, I own both the XLR and KRG. just another option for you to think of, they can be had in your price range.
Good luck! Im sure you would love any of the above chassis options.

Re: XLR vs. Roedale RCS II .308 chasis for Tikka T3
I own both the Whiskey and the XLR. I have both the folding and non-folding versions of each. If I were to order another tomorrow, it would be a Whiskey.
Re: Best Press
I will put a vote in for a redding T-7, I just got mine today. But I've used a few singles out there, with the redding, you can have 7 dies in with out switching heads, or dies! Its VERY solid like a single. I love mine!
Re: bullet seating question
I would advise you to get a Hornady OAL gauge, they can be had for about $40. Very easy to use and understand. With that tool you will be able to measure your chamber with the bullet you will load with.
Re: KRG whiskey3 for tikka t3 available yet?
I own both, I have a tikka t3 in a KRG, and a remington 700 in a XLR. I prefer the KRG over the XLR, but the cheek pad is better on the XLR.
