Best sensibly priced tripod solution? (Bog Pod, PRS Tripod, or Pig Saddle)

I went with the aluminum Manfrotto tripod, 052 magnesium head and Hog Saddle. It is super stable if you use one of the sling techniques for stability. I carried it around for my son on an youth elk hunt in NM but after a day or two, i kind of wished I would have sprung for the carbon. It wasn't...

Night Vision In the market for night vison set up

You will find that you will have move success keeping the lights off. Hogs will learn to scatter and run when the lights go on. You might catch them a time or two but they are smart and can get very hard to hunt when pressured. In known terrain, roads and open fields I have gone 30-40+ MPH with...

Get a 12 micron 640 core thermal if you can afford it. Your ability to ID targets with thermal very much depends on the quality of...

Night Vision Who's running the REAP-IR?

That's about the same time until mine did the same thing. Was shooting mine on a suppressed 6.8 LWRC so I doubt recoil was an issue. I had one of the early units, so maybe they have fixed the issue. Call Trijicon, explain the issue and they should get you fixed up.

Night Vision Who's running the REAP-IR?

I had the same problem with loosing focus. Contacted TrijiconEO and they sent me a shipping label, internally focused the unit, updated the firmware, and shipped it back with no cost. First class customer service! Basically the same service I had servicing my MKII when is was under IRD. Unit is...
