    Thanks Elfster. This is a solid build and it seems to be more "forgiving" than some of my other ARs. I haven't spent any time chasing fliers so far. Lowering the scope height with rings and my new Bushnell should make it a bit easier too.

    Hope my WOA 18" upper shoots like this.

    It will shoot as well as, if not better, than that. My new WOA 24" varmint recently put 10 shots into .780" at 100 yds. and I'm still under 300 rounds.

    Ammo Recommendations for Precision Rifle (.308, 1 in 10 twist)

    FGMM is the benchmark factory ammunition for accuracy. I've run comparisons on Lapua, FGMM, Norma, HSM, Copper Creek, ASYM, Applied Ballistics, and American Eagle 168 OTM. They all shoot well in my Crusader. For the money, Norma Match is worth a try.

    M1A standard or national match?

    First welcome to the forums. With the right ammunition, a standard M1A is likely to be a consistent 5 shot 2-2.5 MOA rifle with occasional groups under that. If you're going to be satisfied with that, get the Standard. A National Match will likely be closer to 1-1.5 MOA with occasional groups...

    elfster, Thanks. Missed the bullseye bonus by a couple shots. You guys are lasers at 100 yards. It's impressive to see shooters throw down aggregate scores in the half-MOA range or even below. My hope is that there's the possibility of a better average as I settle-in behind this new rifle...

    AR15 Flip up sights - suggestions?

    I run Troy flip-up Di-Optics. Diamond shaped rear aperture. Really makes lining up the two sights easy. Very compact and precise. The Troy HK circle-in-circle are also excellent.
