    That's pretty much my take on USPS being ANY help at all. I've had issues with them in the past and just got blown off.     I guess it's a "run what ya brung" situation right now. 4064 is pretty easy (and at a reasonable price) to get and Varget is nonexistent. I've been using both as well as RL15 for a long time.     Most inexpensive way to anneal? Best ultrasonic cleaning solution?

    My cleaning starts by de-priming the brass. Then I use a Lyman 6000 ultra sonic cleaner. The solution is cheap and easy, in fact I use to wipe my boat down, mop floors, wipe down counters, clean carpet etc. Mix about 4 parts water, 1 part white vinegar, a TBL Dawn, a TBL ammonia, a little salt...
