FedEx Stolen Ammo, Brownells Terrible Customer Service

Did you see Brownells now has "shipping insurance" available at check out now? I think it's like $3.00. So, I asked them if my package doesn't show up it's not going to be their problem? Never heard back. I think thats a bunch of b.s. it's their job to get the stuff to me now I have to give them...

    Gunwerks brass

Why no love for Norma brass? I've always had good luck with their brass especially 7 SAUM. The latest batch of 7 SAUM brass came with the necks chamfered and the primer pockets were extra tight. More so than I'm used to with Norma brass. I don't sort brass so maybe thats your gripe, as far as...

    Lr primers and lower SD's

Yep, same here for my 7 SAUM ended up doing better with BR2's over the FED215M primer with SD/ES numbers using RL26. i did get hang fires with BR2's in .300WM and 73 grains of RL22 that went away with 215M's

Geissele Super 700 / Nucleus compatibility

Hey mahlv, the grip on the MPA must be different and maybe put your hand at a different angle. Did you get rid of the TT because its a single stage? I almost got the BnA also because of the top sear changeability. I hope this Geissele works out for me, dry fire seems good so far.

Geissele Super 700 / Nucleus compatibility

Just wanted to post an update for people that may be thinking about a Geissele Super 700 for your ARC Nucleus. I ordered one from Brownells and got it today. Installed it and it functions great and feels really good. I'm leaving it how it's set out of the box as I'm not a super light trigger...

    Whats your SD (PRS/ELR)

The method he suggests in the article about getting your SD by using your ES divided by a certain number in the chart ( coefficient?). Did anyone else see his example is wrong or is my math screwed up? He said it was 15.04 using his chart it should be 18.05 (3002-2960)/2.326=18.05 He says five...

    Whats your SD (PRS/ELR)

Figure I'd post this as no one has yet. Last time this topic came up it was posted and helped me understand the numbers a little better. Maybe help others out, maybe not. Don't know if the new methods of loading such as the Auto Trickler or Prometheus change this since this is an older article...

    Accessories **Sold**Trigger Tech Diamond Flat

I have a lightly used Trigger Tech diamond flat shoe for sale. It has about 250 rounds on it and it functioned fine with my ARC Nucleus action. I'm not a fan of the flat shoe and single stage, just thought I'd try something new. Anyways, the only thing I can see wrong would be the sticker is a...

Primer Pocket Go/No-Go Gauges & Case Mount Tension

I've been using these for awhile no. No more prepping brass only to find out the pocket is shot out. I check the pocket after separate de priming

Geissele Super 700 / Nucleus compatibility

Man we’ve been waiting a long time on the that two stage TT trigger. I’ll look into that Huber I think it may be out of my price range though. ETA: just looked at the Huber. That’s a nice trigger and the price was is not bad. I’m going to have to do a search tomorrow on here to see what’s up...

Geissele Super 700 / Nucleus compatibility

Hey Winny my Nucleus is an early one too. I think #64. I'm assuming you just sent the trigger alone, no action right? How do you like it? That's pretty good turn around time. I know they can take awhile when you order from them.

Geissele Super 700 / Nucleus compatibility

Anyone know if they got the bugs worked out with these triggers for ARC Nucleus actions. Can't seem to find much info. I have a long action Nucleus with a Trigger Tech Diamond flat bow that works fine but just don't like single stage triggers and the flat bow isn't making the situation any...

New 153 gr A-tip Seating inconsistencies

All those things 918v said will make a difference in seating depth. I used to get so frustrated with it but now I do a couple of extra things to prep the inside of the necks. I use a Mandrel like many to open the necks separately from the the full size die (May also use Lee collet die). I don't...

    Nucleus Build Pictures

I am also using the 16# spring in my long action #64 made. Nothing else changed. I have Trigger Tech Diamond mounted with no problems yet. I did read the info ARC website about light strikes so I made sure I didn't have any lube or grease on the striker and measured the firing pin to make sure...
