    Re: 338 ruag swiss p the swiss p did great same poi out to 800 to much wind to strech it out to 2500. ive not got a chance to reload it yet to find out about the hardness ive got swiss p and some hornady left over hit me with a pm if someone wants some ive got some 308 but never tried it...

    small shoot today at rays to do a little long range work with some new rifles and try out the 338 ruag swiss P lot of fun. the fired bullets were a lathe turned 338 and a 300gr mk we shot at 2500yd the mk busted a rock the size of a soft ball all to hell

    my 308 had to much bounce for my little girl so i built this 243 for her krieger 1-8 #16 light palma adj htg stock her face is small the adjustable cheekpiece made a big difference in her confidence behind the gun got some 115s i will try later today but now were on the 105s (my scope not hers)

    we were shooting a 338 at 1500yd i tried 40 rounds to hit the target at 1500yd with that little 17" 308 come close but no ding we moved up to 800 and after a few shots she got it ive got a 8 twist 243 for her now no steel yet
