    Gunsmithing Checkering Foundation Stock

I'd bet the composite / resin mix would be hell on a checkering tool / bit.

    Suppressor for hunting set up.

Great can, but kinda heavy ( 18 oz. ) for a precision LR gun. They make a Ti version, but it's a little pricier.

    Suppressor for hunting set up.

I use Sico Harvesters and Harvester Evo's. Lightweight and good sound reduction. Well below your price point. Also have a couple of Dead Air Nomad Ti's - but they might be slightly above your selected budget.

Rechambering to Ackley - Gunsmith Recommendations Needed

Just an FYI - they didn't make very many tang safety 77's in 250 Savage - so ( depending upon condition ) it most probably has some serious collector value to a Ruger / 77 collector. Custom Cartridges /Ken Howell

From what I have read, no, it did not. It had 3 or 4 print runs, but not the updated second edition. Great read, though.

    Sig Kilo 10k ABS

Well, all of everyone's bitching :ROFLMAO: has caused the price to go up to $1900 wholesale and $2500 MAP, LOL. But, hopefully, they've made some improvements based upon everyone's feedback.

Info on Remington 722 .222 Rem.

From Jackie Schmidt on Benchrest Central: The main difference in the 700 and the original 721-722 was mostly cosmetic, the tang is shaped a little different, the bolt knob is more of a tear drop. I don't know about the difference in the safety. The triggers might be a little different, but...

Price for this Remington 40-XB? (.308 Win)

Pretty nice 40X - HS Precision stock, nicely adjustable 40X trigger, nice caliber, Badger bolt knob ( but no bottom metal  ). Around my parts - it'd go for between $1000- and $1200ish.

Interesting............is the bolt complete ( extractor, ejector, spring & pin ) and the bolt stop still present ( it appears to be )? Thanks.
