    Liberty Optics Still Legit?

At least the other woman (apparently) didn't give him the ghonnasyphaherpaids or something. So yeah, could have been worse.

    Thermal scope recommendation

    Also chrome spray paint.

    Liberty Optics Still Legit?

Props to Vortex for handling this in the best possible way for the customer. They've been put in a bad spot by no fault of their own. What a shitshow for everyone that had orders pending. Hopefully everyone can find a way to get their money back.

    The new Quigley FORD scope

As always, a patent is only as good as your willingness and ability to enforce it. QF might be willing, but their actual ability is going to be lacking.

    The new Quigley FORD scope

Per the link in OP, D943050. Patent was issued earlier this year, but the description appears to be for a reticle, not for the actual mechanical features of a DFP optic. Unfortunately I can't figure out how to get the USPTO website to show me the entire filing, just the first page.

All Hail the New Dr Who

The first few episodes without Moffatt are when I bailed. I liked Capaldi, too, but the writing just went to shit. Amy was my favorite since I have a weakness for tall redheads, but Clara was awesome too. I would have loved to have seen them do more with the War Doctor.

    Night Vision Compact IR Laser/Illuminator

    Oh, that looks fucking sexy.

    Bushnell XRS3

Every now and then that extra mag comes in handy.

    Bushnell XRS3

I'm the same on typical mag range, but I love the XRS3. It looks great at the top end (especially compared to the XRS2), but it's absolutely fantastic in that 18-22x range.

    Bushnell XRS3

The sales numbers for illuminated vs non-illuminated were.... well, lopsided would be putting it kindly.

    Bushnell XRS3

Same reason you see it with other new products, not just optics - people buy it, finger-bang it for 5 minutes, then decide to sell when they get distracted by the next shiny thing that comes along.

    Night Vision Compact IR Laser/Illuminator

I wish the Night Optics Night Chase was still being made. It's nothing super impressive on the illuminator side, but it works well enough out to 100-200 yards depending on conditions, and the laser is pretty standard for a civilian power unit. The reason I love them (I own 2) is the footprint -...

2022 Accuracy International Long Range Classic | ALTUS Shooting Solutions

90ish. Didn't help that there was a PRS match in the next state over the same weekend.

Rifle Scopes Choosing a scope for a 22 (nrl22/prs primary use)

If you're referring to the Bushnell G4, it's not as thick as the drawings on the website make it look.

2022 Accuracy International Long Range Classic | ALTUS Shooting Solutions

I think we got down to the last 2 squads before anyone beat a 6. The second 7 of the day was damn near the last shooter of the day, too.

Toilet seat was more appropriate, but yeah. 5 was solid on that stage.

The Kestrel match this October is going to be very similar.

2022 Accuracy International Long Range Classic | ALTUS Shooting Solutions

There was a hostage stage, but the penalty was running back to a barricade about 5 yards behind you and swapping magazines with the one you left there at the start of the stage. That stage also started off with you taking a full IPSC steel target and dragging/throwing it from the car to the...

Ring or mount height commonly used

I'd be running tall rings either way, so 44mm.
