    Leland WI had a bar called Sprecher's. I bought a Springfield Hellcat, bunch of beer, and some chew there once just to get a receipt that had alcohol, tobacco, and firearms on it. It's framed with a picture of me there with the owner lady hanging in my office.

    At a run and gun match the rifles aren't very heavy at all. And one of my stages had the shooters run up and begin the stage as they approached it, rifles slung, bags stowed, bipods retracted, etc. Seems to me that is a more practical rifle use.

    Why is my scope canted?

    Sharpie a plumb line on target and shoot a group at the bottom. Now hold 10MILs over, aiming at the same point and shoot a second group. If the groups are plumb, not much else matters.

    What cement admixtures would help bullet resistance?

    A high performing concrete using mid-range water reducing products will create a hardened (5000psi) barrier but that needs to be held together, reinforced. I'd use a healthy dose of Forta Fiber in it. When we remove concrete, that stuff is the most difficult.

    I've said this part for over 30 years ago. The progressive income tax is a trap. It didn't bother folks when the average wage was $20,000/ year but inflation will ratchet up all you fools into the "rich" category. That same job now makes $80,000 and folks loose a higher percentage to income tax...
