If safety is of concern, I would err or the side of caution and hold off shooting until it’s been inspected by the factory. Better safe than sorry, especially considering it’s probably a few weeks difference.
I’d suggest the Zeiss V4s. Great glass, zero stop, illumination, lightweight, and nice reticle options. If you get the right models they can focus down to 10y too.
If the NF caps are like Tenebraex (ocular has a clamping ring tightened via small screw), then just finger tight should be fine. If you’re worried they’ll loosen you can add a little dot of Loctite.
I managed to shoot some groups at 50 yards today with the Ruger 10/22. Very slight breezes, 5-shot groups, six groups for either ammo (SK Standard Plus and SK Match). Shot off front and rear sand bags.

Very nice setup. I see you have the Sterk Swept Bolt too. It’s a huge improvement from the factory bolt knob; which felt like I was shaking hands with a mouse.
I’m not the seller, but I believe all the Quad actions are the same. The Range stock will also accept the Sako bull barrel. In short, it should fit your rifle fine. 10 round mags are handy with the stock, but you can use 5 round mags too.
