    Just came from Dr's after reviewing MRI, completely torn ACL, sprained MCL and bone bruise. Surgery next Friday, then start on the road to rehab. He's handling things in his usual quiet way, so many people have made it a point to express their best wishes that I think he's uncomfortable with it.

    cramey, very much appreciate the advice, but due to the prev mentioned ACL issue we're toast, I agree on the running posture, I run ~25 miles a week, always am focusing on a mid foot strike, and making sure my belly gets there 1st.

    Storm mountain training anyone shoot there?

    I took long range 1 in 2006, it was detailed, full of pertinent info, lots of trigger time, no pit duty, great facilties, etc. Also did the 2012 Sniper Match, was on par w the class, everyone at SMTC is squared away, for what my word is worth I recommend them highly.
