I stopped by my local gun shop yesterday and a good buddy of mine that is a Class 2 manufacture has completed his 45 Winchester mag AR-15.Here is the cool part it uses regular AR mags. What would be the optimal length of barrel for shooting sonic and subsonic loads. I am shooting 168gr up to 240gr bullets. I think a 1:7 or 1:8 would be a good twist rate.
