    I was waiting for someone to throw that out. I have an appointment with them tomorrow morning in St. Cloud, FL. Their competitions reputation is very good. The quality also seems to be top shelf. They have a supercomp with a 36" Lothar Walter ss barrel that seems to excel in the competition arena.

    powder

    The best powder depends on the projectile being used as well as the ammo size. My Lyman manual shows the powder that gave the best results in bold. That is where I start. For the 168 MK ( .308 ) Lyman recommends VV N550 as the best choice. I have used Varget also near the starting load range.

    New guy from Southern Indiana

    I bought the same gun a few months ago. The overmold stock was useless. I replaced it with a Bell and Carlson Medalist from STOCKYS and now I have a decent shooter. Sitting on top is a Burris XTR312.

    The FNAR is not bedded as it is not a free floating barrel. I removed my original furniture and put a MAGPUL PRS on with an ace folding receiver adapter. Check my other posts for pictures.     New look to my FNAR

    I had no probs with the looks of the factory stock. Looks kind of cool to me. It just didn't fit me. The PRS does. Lots more fun to shoot ( for me ) and less stress and strain staying on the scope.
