buy a sight installation tool and do it yourself
if you send it off and have it done and your poa/poi
are off you will have to resend it off again
easier to just buy the tools

i would recommend a 45 osprey for the time being but would also advise to get a dedicated 30 cal can down the road so it can be used on supersonic 300 blk,308,223 etc

and installed a rear pillar for me free of charge but i did have to pay for 1 way shiping

i believe you can order either with pillars installed.
you can install them yourself but if you aren't sure what
you are doing it can get messy or worse you can glue you
action to your stock
