    Yeah, LC used that style crimp in 2012-2014 also. Treat it the same way. Swage it or cut it out.

    Have you used the sizing die with acceptable results before, or is this first use. There is always the possibility of an improperly machined die.

    Your sizing die is not sizing all the way down. You may need a small base sizer die. I use an RCBS small base sizer die because I'mshooting the 6.5 CM in a gasser. Never had that issue. Could also be a die adjustment issue. Double check your adjustment procedure.
