Re: Scoping a Battle Rifle (308) For my "battle rife" 308 AR, I bought an NXS 2.5-10x before I even shot the rifle. Then when I got it, I realized how accurate it was. Now I'm starting to lean towards it being a semi-auto precision rifle, and want a scope with more magnification for longer range.- AK-Bandit

Magpul AFG...who likes them?...
Re: Magpul AFG...who likes them?... The AFG2 allows the use of the side rail above the AFG. The original one had additional material that didnt allow certain rail mounted accessories to be mounted. If you compare the pictures of the two it's easier seen.- AK-Bandit

Re: What's the most reliable AR you've ever owned? Ran my LMT through Magpul's 3day Carbine 1 & 2 class. I didnt have a single malfunction. I've got about 4k rounds through this gun now and the only gripe I have is that it doesnt like Wolf. Not much of a complaint though.- AK-Bandit
