    This is the last of the Cornetto Trilogy (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz) starring Simon Peg and Nick Frost. The World's End is set for release on the 23rd. Anyone else plan on seeing this? Or drinking/pub crawl before the movie?

    I actually had to establish ground rules for my group of friends when they found out I shoot. Number one was "We will not go as a group." I believe it was phrased worse at the time... something along the lines of "it's not *****ing gokarts!!!!" Rule #1 went away after they all got used to...

    Importance of eye protection

    As a guy with prescription glasses I hate eye protection. I still wear it though because when I didn't stuff still got by my regular glasses. I should just suck it up and buy a pair of script safety glasses, but man they are not cheap.

    Movie Theater Elysium

    I'm a pretty big geek/nerd, but movies like this and Avatar really upset me. Most of the technology represented in these movies point to a post scarcity society, yet the setting isn't and "surprise" the humans end up being the bad guys again.
