    Tavor scalping has begun

Ok haters, mine showed up today. I like it. In time I'll see how it compares to my other bullpups. Right out of the box, it feels more solid than the FS2000.

Trigger for a cz 455 precision trainer?

Yo Dave here and it is great. Amazing what you can do for $24.

Rifle Scopes Decided on NXS 2.5x10 for SCAR ring question

Good choice. I used NF Ultralight High rings (1.125") with the same scope and it was too low.

    Sako Trg 2013 upgrades

"Compatible," as in we can buy some or all of these for our current 22/42s? Nice....

    Sako trg-42

Yes it does, until you use it. It really is stellar, and worth the money IMO. If you are patient and keep looking around, you can find them a little cheaper.

Accuracy International AIAW vs. Sako TRG-22 - My Experience with Both

Excellent review, thanks for making the effort. It really is outstanding. I would like to contribute an anecdotal counterpoint to your experience with Beretta USA service for the TRG. Surely the reputation they have has been earned. However, my experience was markedly different. I recently...

    Folder vs Non-Folder

I have TRG folding and non-folding stocks. The folder makes it easier to get the bolt out without having to remove the cheek piece. Also, it is a bit more comfortable (for me) and I like the adjustments better.

Best / most preferred .308 factory ammo?

FGGM. Consistent, nearly universally available and reasonably priced (in "normal" times).

    50 BMG bore sight....

This. With .50s as heavy as the are, it is easy to bag them in and have them stay stable. I did this with my M99 and I was within 2" at 100yds.

Good pants without drawing attention or looking like a tacti-tard.

I like the 5.11 Covert Cargo pants. They can hold lots of stuff, including magazines, when you need them to but don't make you look like a contractor tool wanna-be.

    Polytech legend for Colt 6940

Re: Polytech legend for Colt 6940 No one said it was superior. It is just worth more. A 2012 Toyota Camry is a better car than a 1925 Duesenberg, but that doesn't mean it is worth more. The Poly Tech is somewhat rare, well made for an AK, and in demand by collectors.

Sidearms & Scatterguns Can you still buy a new house-size HK Mark 23 ?

Re: Can you still buy a new house-size HK Mark 23 ? Shooter's Outpost in Hooksett, NH has at least one, maybe two.

Sidearms & Scatterguns First 1911, need a little help with a jam.

Re: First 1911, need a little help with a jam. It could be several things. Rather than mess with it trying to find the "one," I'd call SIG and send it back. They will fix it.

Sidearms & Scatterguns reshparpen knifes as good as new?

Re: reshparpen knifes as good as new? I researched sharpeners to death. I was looking for something a novice could be successful with (i.e. very sharp blades), didn't make a mess, minimized the risk of scratching or damage, and didn't take too much time. I placed an order for a Wicked Edge...

What choice to make? TRG-22 or FN SPR .308

Re: What choice to make? TRG-22 or FN SPR .308 I like FN products and own several, but I have no experience with the SPR. However, I have a TRG22 and like it so much I just bought a second one. They are stellar rifles, and there is no looking back as far as I am concerned.
