Oh and one more thing, I don't think the ATF coming and scrutinizing your gun trust years after initial approval is really the issue as brought up in the OP, (although that could happen I suppose, but it probably very unlikely), the real issue is what happens to your gun trust and its assets...- AZGunLaw

This was a good thread, so I am going to resurrect it. I'll preface with the fact that I am an attorney and I draft NFA trusts in Arizona.
