Calling all angry old men, what was life like with 12% home loans?
A lot of truth here. Rates have been low for a long time, but seeing what my new neighbors are paying for the houses next to me is crazy. I could not imagine being on the hook for that size of a mortgage for these houses.- Elnino31

FYI, that wasn’t directed at you He quoted a different guy Thread is a little testy. Sounds like the consensus is that the hunting ammo would probably shoot close to the same in any semi auto rifle you choose. On another note… and Im sure you know, but the SR25 is battle rifle that does not...- Elnino31

Not rooting against anyone to have their forms processed ASAP, but this is total BS if eforms start piling in before pending paper F4’s. Especially if the ATF is threatening a minimum 1yr wait for anyone that cancels to resubmit via eform- Elnino31
