Is a Savage Worth the time to customize

Re: Is a Savage Worth the time to customize I'm looking to build a 358 win on a savage. Is there any distinct advantage/disadvantage to using the older style action versus the newer style (center feed vs staggered i guess) for building?

Photos Carp's new load testin' scope

Picked up a Burris Black Diamond 8x32 to use on my rifles for load development. Put on three Leupond qrw rings so I can mount it to any of my rifles without pulling rings on and off.

D.O.D mutilation of once fired brass

Re: D.O.D mutilation of once fired brass I was doing my normal "Chickn Little" investigation when I saw this somewhere else. Tried calling the DRMS service center...but you get a generic call center that can't answer anything...they have to direct your quesiton to someone who knows... so...
