As a follow up. I grew up on a dairy farm in Va. We were taught pileit farming at a young age.....move that pile over there, when done, pile it up back where it was. And "get off that damn tractor" was the norm.

Remember, if you grind too much...it can be rebedded. If you grind too little, ugh. I am not a Dremel too fan as we have several mills, but it is in your best inrerest to grind enough for a new bedding job. Flame suit on

One final thing to consider, when the action is trued the dimensions change so headspace will be affected.

It takes some finesse, yes. Done many but the fun part is making a new block off plate for the bolt handle. Easy 'nuff, just takes time
