    Rifle Scopes Minox ZP5 5-25x56 MR4 - Initial Impressions - "Pleasantly Satisfied"

What height rings did you go with ? I’m thinking about the same rings / scope for my MPA. Also, how easy is it to zero / re-zero ?

PRS Talk Match report from Norway, new film: stage 19, The Hunter

Interesting that quite a few of your matches ban the use of LRF’s, ballistic calculators, wind meters, barometric pressure gauges/indicators, thermometers etc. What’s the thinking behind that ? It’s different to what we are seeing elsewhere.

AI Competition Trigger - worth it ?

These have been out a while now and I’m curious to hear what you guys think. Are they worth it for competition, a big upgrade ? Standard AI triggers just work in all environments and I’m interested to hear if you give up much in terms of reliability ? Thanks

    Training Courses Recommended precision courses?

I’d also also suggest doing a 4-day course. 2 is good, 4 is better.

    Training Courses Recommended precision courses?

Rifles Only for PR 1-2. Jacob really focuses on the fundamentals and once you’ve done that course head to K&M for Shannon’s course to really focus on how to apply those fundamentals in the PRS game. They are both great schools and great teachers. If you can only afford one...you are in the...

    Nosler RDF Question

I shot the 140 RDF yesterday to 1k and it performed pretty much exactly the same as the 139gr Scenar I was comparing it to. The RDF required a little less elevation but there were no fliers or bullet related issues.

    Gunsmithing Exporting a firearm

Thanks for the useless smartsss comment. As it happens, I value a Hide recommendation and thought I’d see if anyone on here had one they’d recommend, or even if one who supports the site might see my post themselves. Now can I suggest you crawl back under the bridge that you came from before...

    Gunsmithing Exporting a firearm

Thanks Theis. I’ve done this once before but the exporter I used is no longer in business and my FFL doesn’t feel comfortable going through the State application process/quite a lot of paperwork.

    Gunsmithing Exporting a firearm

Any FFLs on here that are able to help obtain the permits to export a rifle to the U.K ? I’m having one built in the US and it should be completed shortly so am keen to start the process. Thx

    #90

What are you shooting (caliber and bullet) and what is your actual dope at 200 and 300 to make truing jump to 4200 FPS ? In fact what is your dope out to distance ? If you are saying that you are truing at 300 or 400 yards then that’s one thing you are doing wrong. If you listen to episode 90...

    Rifle carrying backpack

I wouldn’t recommend Mystery Ranch. Very heavy and mine plus another competitors started falling apart at the last Hide Cup. It’s not like we were being harsh on the packs. I should have bought the Arcteryx Khard.

Range Report Hornady 147's coming apart...

This has been going on for a while, they haven’t got to the bottom of it and claim they can’t repeat the failures. I wouldn’t hold your breath. First melting tips, now bullets coming apart....it would be a huge blow for them to have another major issue......we’ve all become obsessed with...

Range Report Hornady 147's coming apart...

There are quite a few threads out there with Hornady running tests on the suspected bullets but apparently being unable to replicate the problem.
