    I love my 3-9. I haven't handled a 3-15 but I did own a fixed 16 which I assume is comparable to the 3-15 at 15x. Based on that I wouldn't hesitate to choose the 3-9 over the 3-15. The "HD" SWFA scopes just feel and look better than the lower grade scopes. I much prefer the one screw splined...
