Rifle Scopes Steiner P4Xi 4-16x56 - SCR Riflescope
Thats a tough one, they both have different strengths. I have the P4XI and a buddy has the XTRII. The resolution and clarity in the Steiner is better but the CA is worse. Have you considered the Cadex Kraken? I was struggling like you in a similar position AX vs DT. And after all my research I decided to go with the Kraken. Why? 700 5-R or Bergara for a .300WM build?
This nice thing about Remington is the aftermarket support Bergara, at least here is pretty limited. I have a 5R in 300 WM (gen 1) and with most factory ammo it'll shoot sub MOA. Cadex Kraken

Carbon Six barrels?
Up here in Canada it took about 20 weeks (we were told 8-12) to get my C6 barrel in, savage shank, 6.5x284 norma. Worth the wait though. I have it mounted on a regular savage action/MDT ESS and with my hand loads it will do 1/4 MOA all day long if I do my part. I can put anyone behind the rifle...- Mareshow
