Gunsmithing Advice on a lathe
Any recommendations on a lathe for a newbie on a budget. I have cut and recrowned a few barrels and want to take it to the next level. I can't seem to find tooling that will cut a recessed target crown that doesn't require a lathe. Thanks in advance- olivera10

Re: MKII Trigger Replacement I had the same problem until I did a search on rimfire central. There is an insrtuctional thread about how to polish all contact points and cutting the springs to reduce pull weight. I did mine and instead of replacing the accutrigger spring with a bic pen spring...- olivera10

Which 22?
Re: Which 22? I personally like the savage. I have heard lots of good things about the cz. I like to buy american when I can. Lots of easy mods for the savage I just cut my barrel down to 16" and did a nice target crown. Modded the trigger smooth,light and crisp. let us know what you decide- olivera10

Cut down a Win 52 barrel or not?
Re: Cut down a Win 52 barrel or not? My opinion is no cut. I had one similar given to me by a customer. I shot it didn't like it and sold it for just under 500$ Then bought a new savage mark II which better suits my needs.- olivera10
