    DLC- bolt only or action and bolt?

    If you are ordering directly from Bighorn, the DLC is a no-cost option. If you are sending an action in to Bighorn for DLC, the cost is $75, and they are stating a 4-6 week turn-around time.

    For a factory rifle, the Tikka is about as good as you're going to find. It has a pretty light bolt lift, with very smooth operation. I have a couple of Tikka 223 which I have my kids shoot, and they love them.

    You may have a difficult time perceiving it at that distance. However, you should have no issue stabilizing the 69 bthp bullet out of your 1:9 barrel. You could likely stabilize the 75 bthp as well.
