Re: Anyone have a Savage 10fcp-k? i dont have that one but i do have a savage 10fp .308 and its in the new choate tactical stock and i love it!!!!! im actually selling my remy 5R .308 bc of how well the savage shoots. i put up 3/8s all day long with the 5r and posted a .172 and .138 3 shot...- supra

Re: Witch should i get??? if anything i would go with the choate tactical stock. the one that looks like a mcmillan. i put one on my savage 10fp .308 and i love it to death!!! the stock alone cut down on the recoil. so i could only imagine what it would do to a .223. but if you dont like that...- supra

Re: Barrel profile's and mfg's shilen are just fine. my gunsmith has been shooting them for years and he talked me into getting one for my 6.5-284. but +1 on stopping at #7 contour. and i would def. get it fluted.- supra
