Sellier and Bellot 140 gr. 6.5 Creedmoor

I bought a shit ton of it for about .50/round. My thought is to use it to break in barrels before load development and for the brass. Tens shots out of a 24" Proof prefit on AIAT: 2606 with an ES of 37 over Manetospeed. The groups were unremarkable but fine for barricade practice. No pressure...

    Proof research prefits

Which do you have more of money or time? I have a few of the Proof prefits, they all shoot. The wait at EV is long. Just have to order and forget about it. Kind of like a Form 4 app.

    Sako Quad - review

11ty billion? I honestly have no idea. I have a lilja 17 hmr barrel on it in a Manners stock and use it to shoot sage rats (Belding's Ground Squirrels) in alfalfa pivots. It was not unusual to shoot 700ish rounds a day with my fingers reduced to bloody stumps from loading mags. The rifle is...

    Bushnell Customer Service

So many times on forums people bitch about what a company does wrong and never talk about what they do right. I wanted to plug the excellent product repair experience I had with Bushnell on a pair of Bushnell Forge 15x56. I started carrying these around to matches in lieu of a spotting scope...

    Training Courses Training in Oregon

I've taken a couple of classes from the previous iteration of moderndaysniper. You will be well served to make the drive from Oregon to Yakima. The instructor lives the curriculum and is a gifted teacher. He will get you up to speed with the introductory course.

    Training Courses Washington shooters

Are you talking about the PR matches or range membership? I believe that is the case for membership, not the PR matches. The sign up for the matches is on Practiscore. For the PR matches you sign up on Practiscore then just show up and shoot. I am sure you can get someone to sponsor you for...

Binos or Spotting Scope on tripod - PRS shooting.

I used to haul a spotter around and switched to the Bushnell Forge 15x. They are perfect for matches IMHO. For the $ you cannot beat them. I have seen high dollar glass tip over on tripods due to the wind or people tripping on tripod legs to bring swaros or equivalent to a match.

Rifle Scopes So, what about Leupold Mark 5 ?

Clearly the tech did not annotate one of the steps taken in remediation of your service issue: Service Activity: * Wipe inside of objective lens with dirty used Kleenex before reassembly. Sorry man, that sucks.

MDT Short Action Metal Magazine (6BR)

I got one in the mail the other day. Loaded it up with Dasher rounds and it took it to the range. It ran very well. I have not run it in dusty field conditions yet. So far I am quite pleased.

    KRG Bravo/TL3 Long Action Question?

Not for nothing, but I think you would be better served buying the TL3 SA and the bolt faces you desire. You can shoot all the short action calibers you mentioned and the 223 to practice. Then, if you still have the magnum bug, you can shoot the the 7 Saum or 6.5PRC with the SA and have a very...
