    hydro dip

    My guy paints the part after he's done with the prep work. The dips have some translucent areas, so in order to make the particular pattern look good he applies a color that helps the dip look better. He also uses automotive grade clear coat for extra durability.

    I believe PST line and HS-T share the same glass. I had an earlier version of the HS-T and thought it was a great scope for the money. Turrets were great and had zero stops.

    I guarantee you that RRA will not undergo a design change just to allow Pmags. If.....yes if they stop selling, they will discontinue that line. Just as they did for their 1911's. Im here to tell you they still cant keep up with demand. I'm not sure why all the hate for their current polymer...

    Take dryer lint place wads of it in egg cartons and pour wax onto them. Work great and waterproof.

    I just had a stock professionally dipped. He went through the entire process with me. There is a lot involved in making a lasting dip. I cannot imagine a home dip kit could even come close.

    Going to look for some v max rounds and what ever else I can round up. Out here in BFE where I live anything other than 55 fmj is a long shot! Have to travel 1.5 hrs to Scheels or Bass Pro for any selection.

    RRA R3 Competition 556

    Stopped into RRA this afternoon. Be on the lookout for their new 458 Beast. Bad ass to say the least! Got my rifle length advanced half quad and picked up a BCM large latch charging handle. Much easier to use with a scope.

    Thanks cadaverdog but I'm not looking to mount the hubble on it. This is strictly a lightweight yote ventilator. 3-9 with the ballistic fire dot should be a kick ass setup.
