Butchering a Hog
Coyote, butchers will hang meat in lockers to age for a month or better. Like Mtn said temperature is important as well as humidity and air circulation. Not much beats cutting up animals and sucking down a few cold ones.- K-tech

I think you have some great points, Jake. On the other hand part of me thinks the simplest, most cost effective option would be just to run better, heavier grain 5.56 rounds. Some guys on this forum have gotten some pretty respectable results out of the venerable 5.56- K-tech

IMO your either in your out on this one, baiting bear is very common practice where bear hunting is legal. Another common practice is running them with dogs And yes, you can eat bear and they are somewhat similar to pork; they make great sausage.- K-tech
