    for an AI all you need is something around 100 ft lbs. if you do it with the same wrench every time your zero will not change. brand probably doesn't matter too much. if you have a harbor freight near you I would just go there. thats what i use on mine and it does the job.

    finefire, I have a MR pack and it is just not doing well for me. the heavier the load the worse it gets. it must not fit my body type that well. 5'10 145-150 pounds. I will have to check in on the gregory stuff though a local shop sells them in Bowling Green.

    Subsonics it will be then, if i can find them. have you tired shorts? I know I have seen a 22 short before but can't remember conditions or distance. just that it hit and killed a small pigeon and i thought i saw the bullet just before impact.

    This is interesting. Might give the ol premier a try on the 10/22 and see if I can get the same results. Almost very time I shoot a 22 it is just with a red dot or 2-6 power scope from Wally World.
