    The only paperwork you will need traveling with your suppressor is an approved Form 4 with tax stamp. You don't need a 5320.20 form for suppressors while traveling interstate.

    I don't understand this thinking that it is better to fill out the form. The ATF does not require any notification what so ever for interstate travel for surpressors only. Come on give it up and accept that it is a waste of time and not necessary to fill out the 5320.20 form for surpressors...

    When in doubt read the instructions; it answers the question that suppressors are not listed so they are excluded from the form and not needed for interstate transportation. Please read "Instructions" top of page 2, item a.

    .308 1-11 twist?

    I also think 1:11 twist rate will be fine as well. Example: I have a Surgeon Scalpel in .308 with a 20" Krieger barrel 1:11 twist and #10 MTU contour. She is 1/4 MOA without me and loves 175 gr SMKs and can make it to 1000. Good luck.

    Sidearms & Scatterguns S&W M&P Shield holster

    I have the Galco stow-n-go inside the pant holster. Item # ST0652 which is made for the S&W Shield 9/40. I got it based on a recommendation of a guy I trust that works at a gun shop. So far it works and at 30 bucks retail, does not break the bank. The leather is very soft and comfortable.

    Beware

    In my opinion, to dissemble the mags and ship them to CA would not be legal. I guess sending them to VA would be a viable option. AR mags are not hard to get and not that expensive any more. I would not enter a transaction that would even remotely not be legit, especially for 40 bucks or so...
