Hunting & Fishing Pedal drive kayak

If your wanting a pedal driven kayak, just go with Hobie. The drives are quieter, simpler, and overall more efficient. They sell spare parts kits and are easy to work on in the field, ( I believe a wrench and a screw driver is all you need) which more than likely , you’ll never need to do for a...

Your right Jerry, I wouldn’t want want my kin repping some fucked up group or gang. As was pointed out above, the embroidery was pretty fucked, so I doubt it was legit anyways. I’ll give it some time and do some more looking around, but until then I’ll heed your advice and keep it put away.

Sidearms & Scatterguns Is match pistol ammo actually worth it?

Ah yes, thank you for that. I don’t compete, so I wasn’t aware that there were .45 specific divisions. I always just assumed I’d be the only guy shooting a .45 against 9mm’s and .38 supers. Might look into getting into it for the sake of better training.

Sidearms & Scatterguns Is match pistol ammo actually worth it?

So who the hell is this stuff for? I don’t think anybody shoots .45’s any more in competition do they? Maybe it’s for the guys that shoot service pistol 1911’s?

Sidearms & Scatterguns Is match pistol ammo actually worth it?

shooting groups, for me, is all about maintaining the fundamentals, and that’s it; similar to how shooting at long ranges with a rifle reveals weaknesses in your fundamentals. You’ve heard the saying about perfect practice... I practice many different disciplines when I go out to the range...

    Maggie’s Military Jeopardy

Yeah you gave it away... I’ve heard about the “donuts on a rope” contrail. I’ve never heard it called “pearls on a rope”, or “chain of bb’s” It’s the contrail left by the hypersonic jet “Aurora” and that’s about all I know about it.

    Movie Theater Hostiles

I saw it on Friday, and thought it was pretty good. The movies main theme is centered around the physiological effects of war and how the various characters deal with it. There is also an analogous perspective on who the real “hostiles” are, and a realization that the two enemies are actually...

Sidearms & Scatterguns Is match pistol ammo actually worth it?

Specifically Federal’s gmm in 45acp ball. I usually train from 10-30yrds and I’m keeping pretty good groups within that range with the cheap stuff. I don’t plan on making this my regular plinking ammo, but depending on the answers and results I receive, I may keep a couple of boxes on hand...

    Maggie’s Military Jeopardy

That is interesting. At a glance, I thought it was just some copy of the M1 carbine, but after closer inspection it looks like the same action as the P08. Actually, it looks like a pistol with a stock kit similar to the ones they make for glocks today.

    Maggie’s Military Jeopardy

Bingo! Dolphins and sea lions were the most popular. The program had many names throughout the years, swimmer nullification program, shallow water intruder detection, and the more common, Navy marine mammal program.
