Rifle Scopes EGW bases - any good??
Re: EGW bases - any good?? no complaints here. one on a cva muzzle loader 20 moa on a 17 hmr 2x 20 moa HD models on rem 700 short actions. i do like the recoil lug on seekins but George at EGW has been a great guy to work with. i will order another from them in the future. A+ company.- fastbs

17 hmr break in?
Re: 17 hmr break in? My marlin 917 likes it a little dirty. I cleaned it for no good reason at about 400 rounds and it took another 100 for groups to tighten back up. Until this the barrel had never been cleaned other than swabbing it when I opened the box.- fastbs

Gunsmithing X-mark Pro Trigger adjustment
Re: X-mark Pro Trigger adjustment I've played with 2 of them. Adjusting all 3 screws 1 of them is great while the other is absolute crap. From what I've read and my little bit of experience with them they seem to be hit n miss as to what you can get out them.- fastbs
