    Re: New ATF ruling on markings// SBR If you are filing a Form 1, you need to engrave........otherwise buy a factory SBR to avoid additional. A more rare unknown is see if the maker of your lower will SBR it for you, this also avoids additional markings. Your Link has nothing to do with SBR.....
