    I load my SMKs and Amaxs to 2.814 which results in the meplats contacting the magazine wall. No feeding issues yet.

    I shoot 175s and 178s through my 1-11.25 with good results, it is common. I believe the 1-10 is capable up into the 220s. Correct me if I'm wrong.

    That is why I am going with noveske barrels. Your FDE looked good but I am going with burnt bronze. My 5.56 barrel has a switch block so I limmitted myself to a 9" handguard since I don't like the bottom extended or notched ones. I will start a thread once I finish it.

    I assumed lwrci components would be very propriatery. Have you already tried three different barrels? I'm sure their gas system is propriatery.

    Very nice build combo!! I am building a 5.56 which I should have all the parts for and ceracoted next week. After that will be an 8" blackout. Both with noveske barrels.

    I own a REPR 20. It is less than moa. It does have nicer features and a superior fit and finish than any other LR 308 I have seen. (not that I have seen every one). There are Many accounts of REPRs being 1/2 moa but so far mine hasn't tightened up that much, but I am new to the precision...

    I am also in the market for a spotter. At the the local gun store I compared a vortex side by side with a gold ring. It was Very easy to see the difference in clarity and light transmission. I will likely be going with a gold ring and send it in to Leopold for them to put a reticle in it...
