    Rifle Scopes Burris XTR3!!!

I think a lot of it is because Burris is the only manufacturer that does NOT offer illuminated options on their highest line of scopes. That’s an immediate deal killer for most people looking at optics between brands.

    That’s good to know. Thanks!

Rifle Scopes New Minox 5x25x56 LR

This is true, and what might be seen is that some people look at the advantages of the ZP5 over the LR and weigh the cost against those differences. For myself, I absolutely love my ZP5 but for my purposes I’d be better served with another LR rather than another ZP5. I’ve been eyeing the Burris...

Rifle Scopes New Minox 5x25x56 LR

I also bought from Spartan Precision. The scope is very nice and dealing with Spartan was super easy.

    Rifle Scopes I’m considering a Minox ZP5 5-25

I have a ZP5, it’s a really nice scope and I have no issues with it. I also have the new Minox LR. The reticle is essentially the MR4 reticle without full illumination. Glass is better than any other sub-top tier optic and the turrets/controls are the same as the MR4. Although I think the ZP5...

    Rifle Scopes Burris XTR3!!!

I appreciate your response but still find it uncouth that a guy who hasn’t “entered the chat” is having his customer information put out based on some rando’s hearsay. If I was this Matt guy (which I’m not), I may not be pleased my name being dropped on the forum and being dragged into this...

    Rifle Scopes Burris XTR3!!!

I can understand that a company wants to defend its name, but I’m disappointed that Burris feels it necessary to publicly post such detailed customer information. Good scopes, bad scopes, whatever. People move on and forget about product issues. What people don’t forget is when the company...

Rifle Scopes New Minox 5x25x56 LR

Thanks, CPRS. I wrote my comments at 1:30am after a long day and “nuisance” was the first word I came up with to try to describe what you’ve written beforehand on the LR’s CA. I don’t have razors anymore but my shooting buddies and family members do. A few months back I did a lot of side by...

Rifle Scopes New Minox 5x25x56 LR

The Canadian or other region pricing is a valid point and something I didn’t consider because I live in the USA. Here an LR is ~$2000 and the ZP5 is ~$3000. Given the differences I’ve observed between both and the price spread, I lean towards the LR as best value for the dollar. If the...

    Vortex 5-25x56 Venom vs Strikeagle?

This isn’t what you are asking for, but why not a used XTR II? You’d be close to the same price but have a better scope.

Help on a new bubble level

If I’m understanding right, you suggest he replace his current rings (which apparently have no problems) with a $400 Spuhr mount because it has an inferior scope level built into it? That doesn’t seem like solid logic and doing it twice seems even more perplexing.

Rifle Scopes New Minox 5x25x56 LR

“Hard conditions”, no. Cold weather in the Rocky Mountain region, yes. The LR is cheaper because the ZP5 is a better scope. How much quantifiable “better” is debatable. I really like my ZP5 but find the LR to be good enough for most of my needs. So what does the ZP5 do or have that the LR...

    LEUPOLD® OPTICS & SPRM™² MOUNT/RING BUNDLES!

Rifle Scopes HALO-X™ ULTRA PRECISION RIGID SCOPE LEVEL 30,34,35 and finally 36mm in stock!

I upgraded from a cheapo Burris level to one of these halo-x levels on one of my guns. This level is a precision engineered work of art. Does it accomplish anything different than the Burris in terms of use? Probably not, but the American made quality is impressive and the design is vastly...
