    Use desert cammies. You can always make light colors darker. You can't make dark colors lighter (easily and effectively)

    Some of the guys in my unit took off the S&B scope from their M40A3s to put on their XM3s because they didn't like the reticle in the Nighforce. They weren't used to it. The XM3 i fondled with that had a Nighforce still on it had an MLR reticle IIRC

    In a regular ghillie suit (not those manufactured bases such as the Cobra), you wear your cammies. Thats why you get a base 1-2 sizes bigger. However it gets pretty hot.
